ICYC is a non-profit agency that offers assistance to non-English speaking members of our community. If you have a simple question or a problem, the ICYC will help you find the services you require, call 803-980-2098.

Family Resource Centers offer assistance and programs for parents with young children, and offer free health care to children from birth through 18 yrs. old that do not have health insurance. (Includes physicals, sick visits, immunizations)
