The International Center
of York County
(ICYC)

The International Center of York County (ICYC), South Carolina, is a program of outreach and advocacy to internationals in our York County community, offering a range of support services to equip people from abroad to function effectively in our community. ICYC works to educate and empower our international population through a variety of programs including advocacy, referral services, and community teamwork.

The ICYC serves especially immigrants in our York County community who are experiencing difficulties resulting from cultural or language barriers including lack of access to services, not understanding cultural differences, and safety issues. We work to remove barriers that prevent immigrants from exercising their rights, achieving personal independence, and participating fully in the life of the community.

Clients are welcome to call on the phone but are encouraged to visit the office in order to receive the most effective and quality care services from the ICYC staff.
